POEM

By Ubraj Adhikari    Only one time  Transforming yourself to   Own parents  And   Own grandparents,  Having taken a deep breath   For a moment  When we touch our heart  A voice suddenly arise  You youths  The time is calling you  The time has requested you  Saying that   Culture, civilization, history, and norms  Are the factors of real life  When showing bucket, rope and circled rope  (Doko, namlo and damlo Asked at a quiz contest  The so-called new generation  Replying as pass - pass  Please try to understand that  The spade, small spade the tools of playing  Which were used by ancestor's/grandfathers  And mill, spider, and fire bowl  Which were used by grandmothers  Always blossomed with  The smell of self-glory and independence.  So the history of the past  Always should awaken  To each and every unit of time  One should think that  Perhaps at the period, they did not think  The digital, wrap, pop and Tattoo  Not only of culture of rings at ear  The PhD. scholars  Who wear suits and tie  Who are not able to listen to the voice of soil/motherland  At the time of forefathers  There was no imagination  About Facebook and Twitter  Not any (good or bad) influence of copy-paste was there  Even though  There was a sense of   Life and world  Sense of soil and heart  As the Mount Sagarmatha forever  Mount Sagarmatha of self-consciousness  We bow our heads to them  Who are always living  As mountains of respect  But... Who are living...the so-called living  Are not living  Nevertheless, they are dying   Oh, they are dying in every step  In their so-called modern life  The grand combination of manner, culture, and existence  The most, powerful combination  Not only at the edge of sharp weep  On 'Khukuri But, at the light of self-confident  Always enlightens,   The grand lights of youths  Are found at the spirit and courage  Which are waiting by the soil of the nation.  For a self-drop of your blood  Which are flowing at nerves of youth  The flow of self-consciousness  Should blow  Should run like a river  Because  Not only of us  The heritage of forefathers  That should for coming generations  A lifestyle to live freely  Without any hesitation    With self-dignity and golden existence  Should get an opportunity to be an independent   Should get an opportunity to be independent.
