Kathmandu, August 17: Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba is leaving for Delhi on Sunday at the invitation of her Indian counterpart S Jaishankar.
Rana is scheduled to return home on August 21.
The visit will focus on bilateral cooperation, however, there is no plan for signing agreements, according to Foreign Ministry officials.
Bilateral talks are scheduled with the host, Indian External Affairs Minister, Jaishankar and other officials.
The Nepal side has requested to arrange courtesy calls by Rana to Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, however, the meetings have not been confirmed.
Rana is also scheduled to meet senior BJP leaders. Sources say Rana would tie Rakhi on BJP leader Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale as she will reach Delhi on Rakhi Day.
She will also conduct a routine health check-up in Delhi.
