
Kathmandu, 7 March: The Federal Parliament Secretariat has denied to recognize Nepal Communist Party (NCP) as two seperate parties dispite there is a deep division between the factions led by Puspa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal and Khadga Oli.
Speaking to media persons this afternoon, Spokesperson of the Secretariat Roj Nath Pandey said, "Unless the Election Commission (EC) gives any verdict, the Secretariat cannot authenticate any faction in NCP dispute and seating arrangements in the Parliament has been made accordingly. Lawmakers of the Dahal-Nepal and Oli faction will sit in the chairs for ruling party. "
