BABBLES

By Babbler Until yesteryears, the Nepali Congress was considered as the reactionary feudal element and the great enemy of the communists. Even today, if we read the political document of the communist parties, we can find such words are repeated many times. Those, who were identifying the NC as the reactionary element and No one enemy, were seen bowing down to Sher Bahadur Deuba to form a coalition government under his leadership. Today, the friendship between the communists and the congress are very cordial as the common mission of both forces is to loot the nation. In loktantra, there is no meaning of ethics, morale, ideology, and principle. In the National Assembly election, all the five parties in the government are going to vote for the common candidates. If the present election alliance will continue, in the next elections too, they are going to vote for common candidates. In Nepal, the definition of multiparty democracy is different! Proletarian class’ lifestyle After four months of treatment in Thailand and China, Maoist Center leader Barshaman Pun returned home in a chartered aircraft. How much did he spend for his treatment and how much did he pay for the aircraft charter we don’t know. We only know that viewing his standard of leaving during the “people’s war” era, he doesn’t have the capacity to go foreign country for treatment. We can imagine, how much beneficial is loktantra for those people of the leader class! More than that Pun has exhibited the lifestyle of the proletariat class! The serious contradiction is that the nation is facing a shortage of cetamol tablets! National priority The nation is facing an acute shortage of development expenditure. However, the government priority is different. The government is constructing the Ministers’ Quarter at Bhaishepati at the cost of billions of rupees, which is at the final phase. Besides, the government is planning to construct a luxury quarter for foreign VVIPs and VIPs. Are these priorities of the government justifiable at a time when the economy is on the verge of collapse?   Quotes of the WeeK
  • The new kings of Nepal flying high on a private jet plane and the citizens of Nepal are suffering from scarcity of Cetamol!
Arun Budhathoki
  • Powerful nations India, China, the USA, and European countries are known to be working cautiously in Nepal but there is no strong, credible, and trustworthy leadership in the country to protect Nepal and Nepalis.

  • Nepali politics now seems to be taking a clear turn. Now the wealth and coffers of the nation are open to the party leaders. Loot as much as you can. The law does not apply. The rhetoric of “offensive move” is open to the poor masses.
Dr. Prakash C Lohani * Write it down: After all, if Nepal becomes the second Sikkim, first of all, Baburam Bhattarai will say/write, “It is better to be a prosperous state of a powerful country than a sovereign poor country”. Rajesh Subedi *Finally, the local elections are being postponed. This is not only an 'alliance', but an 'alliance of fraud'. Writing the constitution by themselves and saying that an error has happened is just fun. Muma Ram Khanal * There are no genuine communists, no one cares about the communist principle, all are engaged only in 'looting' or 'kleptocracy', there is no patriotism in them, they seem to be making money. Kamal Koirala * Pushpa Kamal Dahal had taken responsibility for 5,000 deaths. Now Renu Yadav has claimed responsibility for the Gaur massacre. But, the law is not attractive to it. If the general public had said the same thing, they had to face a case but those seniors are above the law! Roshan Khadka * It is natural that one will win and the other will defeat in an election. Postponement of elections seeing the negative result is wrong. It is also a direct violation of the constitution! Shailendra Thapa
  • The engine of the economy shifted to Arab and Malaysia. The engine of politics reaching to the foreign gods! In a democracy, people's accountability is disappearing and foreign brokerage is flourishing. There is speculation as to how and when the drama will be played.
Surya Raj Acharya
  • Only those who are trying to settle abroad by making Nepal ashes are satisfied with the present situation in Nepal. Both situation and system should be changed to save Nepal!
