The Chhahari Youth Club in Jorpati organized the Chakra Memorial Women’s Football Tournament was inaugurated on April 18 amidst a function.

Different 12 women’s teams participated in the tournament.

During the inauguration session, the Club’s patron Madhab Khanal, founding chairman Laxaman Shrestha, Ward Chair Nandalal Shrestha and present chairman of the Club, Sangam Shrestha shed light on the activities of the Club in organizing different activities in the area.

Established in 2049 BS, the Club is carrying out different social activities in the area.

Member of the Federal Parliament representing the No 7 Electoral Constituency, Santosh Chalise inaugurated the inaugural session of the women’s football tournament.
