
Kathmandu, November 30: The Ministry of Home Affairs has said that action will be taken against those who spread confusion through social media. The Ministry of Home Affairs has said that some people are spreading false propaganda through social networks aiming at destroying social harmony and peace.
The Ministry stated on Friday that malicious and misleading expressions are prohibited by law which is an act of misuse of social networks and other media. It has been said that serious attention has been drawn against spreading false propaganda disturbing public peace and order in addition to harming social harmony and dignity.
