Kathmandu, January 23: Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has collaborated with the world-renowned food chain company KFC and the technology company Citytech with the aim of providing additional convenience to its customers and promoting digital banking transactions.

Under this collaboration, which for the first time in Nepal targets the hospitality industry, state-of-the-art POS (Point of Sale) devices of Machhapuchchhre Bank have been installed at various KFC outlets for payment purposes.

These devices enable customers and merchants to make payments quickly, securely, and conveniently through cards and QR codes. The bank has been undertaking such partnerships with the objective of providing high-quality services to its customers and prioritizing customer satisfaction. It is expected that this initiative will make daily transactions simpler, more efficient, and more transparent. It will also significantly contribute to reducing service time and increasing customer satisfaction.

Since its establishment, Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has remained committed to introducing services and facilities based on the latest technology to its customers. Currently, the bank has expanded a strong service network across the country, covering the Himalayan region, hills, and the Tarai from east to west.

At present, the bank operates a total of 274 service centers, including 165 branches, 88 branchless banking service centers, and 11 extension counters. In addition, through 199 ATMs, the bank is providing comprehensive modern banking services to more than 1.8 million customers.
