
Kathmandu, September 21: The Palestinian militant group Hamas has released a “farewell picture” of 48 hostages, including Bipin Joshi, a Nepali student.
The armed wing of Hamas released what it called a “farewell picture” of the detainees held in Gaza, but did not disclose their physical conditions.
The Times of Israel reported that Hamas tried to put pressure on the families of the prisoners and the Israeli government by publishing the picture. Israel sees it as propaganda.
Hamas has released a farewell picture of the hostages, saying their lives are at risk as Israel intensifies its military offensive in the Gaza Strip. 48 people, including Bipin, have been under Hamas control for two years.
