
Kathmandu, September 1: Pokhara-Jomsom air service has become operational after two months. With the start of the rainy season and adverse weather, the air service was suspended for two months.
Tara Airlines, and Summit Airlines operating air service from Pokhara to Jomsom had halt their service two months ago.
The Jomsom Civil Aviation Office chief, Deepak Pokharel, informed that the flights started as soon as the tourist season started. According to him, the twin-turbine aircraft of Summit Airlines started flying to Jomsom from Pokhara on August 31 (Sunday).
