
Kathmandu: The price of gold in the Nepali market set a new record on Sunday, Bhadra 15. Today, gold is trading at NPR 203,600 per tola. Previously, on Friday, Bhadra 13, gold had reached NPR 200,600 per tola, marking a record at the time. Compared to Friday, the price has risen by NPR 3,000 per tola, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association.
Silver also saw an increase of NPR 65 per tola today, trading at NPR 2,425 per tola. On Friday, silver had been priced at NPR 2,360 per tola, the association reported.
