
Kathmandu, May 11: The Government of India has handed over 15 electric vehicles to Nepal as support for the success of the Sagarmatha Sambad (dialogue), drawing awareness of global warming and climate change.
The vehicles, provided under the Nepal-India Cooperation Program, were handed over to Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba by Indian Ambassador Naveen Srivastava at a program organized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today.
Minister Rana thanked the Government of India for the support provided by India for the Sagarmatha Dialogue organized by Nepal.
Minister Rana said that all preparations for the Sagarmatha Sambad being held from May 16-18 have reached the final stage. She mentioned that the Nepal government is now looking forward to welcoming foreign dignitaries and guests.
