Kathmandu, May 8: District Court Kathmandu has allowed 24 persons, including Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s senior vice chairman Rabindra Mishra and Durga Prasain for a remand for five days. Judge Mona Singh extended the remand tenure for further investigation on them.
This is the seventh time that Mishra and others are being remanded.
Such an act of the court has created suspension of whether the court is an independent organ or acting as a part of the government! Nobody believes that neither Mishra nor Prasain nor others else were involved in violence on the March 28 peaceful assembly at Tinkune.
