Former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba confirmed that there is no Indian plan for any political change in Nepal. He referred to talks between Nepal’s Ambassador to India, Dr Shankar Prasad Sharma, and Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister, Yogi Aadityanath.

Earlier, his spouse and Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba, upon her return from Delhi, confirmed that India is not thinking about a political change in Nepal. She told the press upon her arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

The former prime minister and the chair of Naya Shakti Party Dr Baburam Bhattarai visited New Delhi and met with Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Later, he also met with S.D. Muni, Shyam Sharan and others, in Delhi. While returning from Delhi, he confidently said to the press at the Tribhuvan International Airport that India is not for a Hindu Rastra in Nepal as if he was informed of the Indian plan by the Indian Defence Minister.

Another interesting development is that the Foreign Department chief of the BJP, Vijay Chauthaiwale, arrived in Kathmandu. During his stay in Kathmandu for three days, he met with above one and a half dozen political leaders, including Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, leaders in the ruling alliance and also opposition leaders and took note about the political developments here. The Nepali leaders were seen in a queue to meet the Indian leader. After the meeting, the leaders confidently said that India is not for any change in the present political system. They didn’t miss publishing photographs on social networks about their meeting with Chauthaiwale as they were able to meet their big boss.

Whatever the talks, our leaders believe that New Delhi is the power center. Even if India doesn’t accept it, the Nepali leaders are empowering Delhi as the power center. Such an attitude of our leaders has compelled us to believe that they all are India’s slaves and they feel pride while becoming a slave of India and performing surrenderism to enjoy power in Nepal.

Believe it or not, the Narayanhitti power center has now been shifted to New Delhi in absence of the institution of monarchy.
