The three leaders having different ideologies but heading for a common mission of capturing the government and practising kleptocracy, have developed a consensus in protecting the present “loot-tantra”. Two supreme leaders of the ruling parties, Nepali Congress and UML, Sher Bahadur Deuba and K.P. Sharma Oli, respectively, and the supreme leader of the main opposition party, Maoist Center, Pushpakamal Dahal, reached an agreement to defend the present political structure based on kleptocracy.
The increasing level of frustration among the people against the performance of the political leaders in power is being demonstrated in the streets. Currently, the teachers are in agitation with their professional demands, medical doctors are in agitation with their professional demands, and furthermore, those victims of cooperatives are in the streets for justice and the civil servicemen working under the local government are prepasing to launch agitation with their demands. Meanwhile, the RPP and other organizations are on the streets for political change. The RPP and its allies are demanding a Hindu kingdom. A large section of youths are sided for a change. Every day, different groups are chanting slogans against different leaders for quitting the country. Sometimes, we hear such slogans against Oli, sometimes against Pushpakamal Dahal and sometimes, against the National Bhauju and the National Daju, the Deuba couple.
The leaders, who have enjoyed the power turn by turn and exploited the government coffer, seem to have been scared by the voices in the streets. Therefore, they, who are demonstrating the "dog fights for pieces of bones", have developed a consensus to protect this system.
The present expensive system is surely going to collapse as there lacks the necessary funds to function it. If any delay in the collapse of the system, it will drag the nation towards the path of a failed nation. They have not understood that the system imposed by the foreigners through these leaders has become non-functional and unpopular, yet they seem to have failed to understand the situation.
