Kathmandu. The monarchist group 'United People's Movement Committee for the Restoration of the Monarchy' has announced that it will continue to intensify its movement from Chaitra 21 (April 3).

At a press conference in the capital on Thursday, committee coordinator Nawaraj Subedi said that if the government ignores their peaceful request, they will continue to strengthen the movement from April 3.

He said that additional pressure programs will be held from Sunday, March 30. "If the government ignores our peaceful request within a week from today, we will be forced to strengthen our movement from Chaitra 21. The government will have to take full responsibility for the consequences created by that," he said.

The pro-monarchy group is organizing a mass assembly commanded by Durga Prasain on Friday, March 28, at Koteshwor, Kathmandu.
