
Kathmandu, March 20: Global IME Bank Limited has released a calendar for the New Year 2082 BS featuring rare photographs depicting the decades-old Nepalese way of life.
President of the Federation of the Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) and Chairman of Global IME Bank Chandra Prasad Dhakal unveiled the calendar of the new year 2082 BS at a ceremony held at the Bank’s corporate office, Kamaladi.
The calendar includes rare photographs capturing the Nepali way of life, living and traditional practices from centuries ago.
The pictures will remind the changing lifestyles and living conditions with the flow of time and will help the new generations to know about the past lifestyles, living conditions and conditions.
President Dhakal said that the Global IME Bank has been carrying out various social works while fulfilling its institutional social responsibilities.
“Recalling that topics related to Nepali art and culture have been published in the calendar in the past years, he said, “We need to preserve and promote Nepali art, literature, culture and civilization for the overall development of Nepal.” “Global IME Bank has been carrying out such activities under its institutional social responsibility.”
The program was attended by the Bank’s board of directors, senior management, bank employees and various individuals.
