Kathmandu, March 2: Salt Trading Corporation Limited has called its 58th Annual General Meeting. The Company’s 1068th Board of Directors meeting has called for the annual general meeting on Chaitra 15.

The company has called a general meeting with a 10 percent dividend proposal to its shareholders. For this, the book closure of shares will be from Chaitra 1 to 15 of this year.

Similarly, the approval of the proposal for a cash dividend of Rs 32 million, 71 thousand 695 at the rate of 10 percent will be presented in the general meeting.
