
Kathmandu, February 22: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development Prakash Man Singh and Japanese Ambassador Maeda Toru held a meeting on Friday, February 21.
During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Singh appreciated the assistance provided during natural disasters and the study of seismic risks. He said Nepal wants Japan’s cooperation in the coming days through scientific studies and research in urban development and in waste management while urbanizing in a climate-friendly manner.
The Japanese Ambassador stated that discussions were held during the meeting to enhance cooperation to take the relations between Nepal and Japan to a new level.
