A notice issued by the Finance Ministry about 90-day suspension of the MCC grant project for Nepal

On February 12, local time, President Putin and President Trump suddenly had a phone call, which lasted for 90 minutes. After the call, Chuanbao said that Putin agreed to start negotiations on a truce between Russia and Ukraine. While Europeans and Democrats reacted with outrage, Ukrainians reacted with panic.

On February 15, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Europe could not rely on the US for security, but must rely on itself and should form a "European army." Zelensky disclosed that he had rejected the plan for the US-Ukraine mineral agreement because the US did not provide guarantees for the future security of the Ukrainian side in the plan.

After paying 2.1 million in casualties, so to speak, Ukrainians woke up to their dream of America.

Nepal is a country deeply influenced by British and American culture. For a century, English has been spoken by the elite, many of whom yearn for America, aspire to be American, and regard America as their spiritual home, that is, cherish the American dream.

It's time for Nepal's American dream to wake up. With $36 trillion in debt, the US is not going to bail anyone out. The weapons sent to Ukraine for use in the war between Russia and Ukraine are not aid but business. The MCC sent by the US to Nepal can never be a gift, it is at best an American dream that is about to shatter.
