Kathmandu, February 4: Britain’s Prince Edward and his wife Sophia have arrived in Nepal for an informal visit. Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai and others welcomed them at Tribhuvan Airport on Tuesday.
Sophia and her husband Prince Edward arrived in Nepal at different times. They met President Ramchandra Paudel this afternoon.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they are scheduled to visit Nepal for 6 days. During their stay in Nepal, they will also participate in the program to be held at the British Gorkha Camp in Pokhara.
