
Kathmandu, January 31: The winter session, also known as the bill session of the House of Representatives begins today.
The government is planning to approve all the ordinances issued recently through a fast track after the opposition parties decided to oppose them.
The opposition parties are in a mood to disturb the House meeting opposing the government.
Different opposition parties have prepared a strategy to oppose the government.
The Maoist Center has planned to protest the ordinances. Meanwhile, the Rastriya Swatantra Party is scheduled to oppose the government’s intentional action on Rabi Lamichhane, its chairman. Accordingly, the Tarai parties have developed a front to raise the Tarai issue strongly.
In the beginning, Speaker Devraj Gihimire will present different notices/letters received from the President’s Office.
Then the government is preparing to present different six ordinances for rectification as the law of the country.
