Kathmandu, January 18: A Nepali national, who was forced to work illegally in the Golden Triangle of Laos on the pretext of lucrative jobs, fled to Thailand from there, was sent back to Nepal with the help of Thai government agencies on Friday, January 17.
The Nepal Embassy took the initiative to send the Nepali citizen to Nepal. The Nepal Embassy in Bangkok has requested all concerned not to go for foreign employment in any country, including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand, under the false assurance of earning quick money abroad without labor approval as per the criteria set by the Government of Nepal.
