Kathmandu, January 12: Rabi Lamichhane, Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), who was released on bail from the Kaski District Court, has been sent to the Police custody today following an order from the Kathmandu District Court.
Lamichhane was released from Police custody after 83 days following an order from the Kaski District Court in Pokhara. He was self-present at the Kathmandu District Court today (Sunday) and requested for release on bail.
However, Justice Madhab Prasad Adhikari refused the request and sent him under Police custody this evening.
