Kathmandu, December 23: The Police sent a letter to Speaker Devraj Ghimire on Sunday evening informing that a charge sheet has also been filed against Rabi Lamichhane, President of the Rastrya Swatantra Party (RSP), in the Kaski District Court for co-operative fraud, organized crime and money laundering.
Since Speaker Ghimire has been informed about the case, he is consulting with the legal experts on whether MP Lamichhane will be suspended from Parliament or not.
It is expected that after the consultation, Speaker Ghimire will place a notice about the position of Lamichhane.
