
Kathmandu, December 23: In connection with the operation of regional air services, a team led by Executive Chairman of Nepal Airlines Corporation, Ubraj Adhikari, met with Koshi Province Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki, at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Biratnagar, and discussed the tourism and affordable air travel services in diferent parts of the Koshi Province.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister expressed gratitude for organizing the regional air flight and presenting the concept of aviation and tourism development of the Koshi Province. Senior officials who were present during the meeting were Ravi Khanal, Public Relations Advisor to Chief Minister, Yubaraj Adhikari, Executive Chairman, Nepal Airlines Corporation, Kishore Pradhan, Member, Board of Directors, Nepal Airlines Corporation, Tankanidhi Dahal, Director, Market Management Department, Nawaraj Upadhyay, Manager, Central Reservation Control Unit, Bipula Baral, Senior Accounts Officer, Nayan Sharma, Senior Officer, Santosh Khadka, Station Head, Biratnagar.
On the occasion, the Koshi Province Government and the Corporation had a positive outcome in determining the appropriate modalities regarding the purchase, operation and management of new aircraft in order to carry out the work related to regional flights in collaboration with the Nepal Airlines Corporation for the development of tourism and facilitating regional air transport in Koshi Province.
