Kathmandu, December 23: Five newly appointed Nepali ambassadors for different countries have taken the oath of office and secrecy today. President Ramchandra Poudel administered the oath to them at Sheetalniwas.
According to the President’s office, the newly appointed ambassadors Jung Bahadur Chauhan to the Russian Federation, Chandrakant Ghimire to the United Kingdom, Shanil Nepal to Spain, Dr. Shivamaya Tumbahangfe to the Republic of Korea, and Dr. Shankar Prasad Sharma to India took the oath of office.
High-ranking officials of the Nepal government were also present in the program.
