Nearly three months have passed since the formation of the three-party coalition government. During this period even the Nepali Congress activists confess that the government has not been working properly.

The delayed formation of the National Planning Commission has been noted by them as also the fact that the long-expected expansion of the Council of Ministers is yet to take place.

Despite our Prime Minister seems to be very busy with the inauguration of one or another function and attending cocktails and dinners every day.
