Kathmandu, December 15: Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Ashok Raj Sigdel, who is on an official visit to India, inspected the last batch of trained officer cadets at the Indian Military Academy on Saturday. He was the chief guest at the final parade of trained officer cadets at the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, India.

On the occasion, he conferred the insignia to the newly appointed officers. The Nepal Army officers have been obtaining training at the Indian Military Academy since 2010. So far, more than 200 officer cadets of the Nepal Army have graduated from the academy. Currently, six officer cadets from the Nepal Army are being trained in the academy.
