Kathmandu, December 7: Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba left for the Hague to attend an international hearing on climate change impact at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) there.
Talking to the press before her departure at the Tribhuvan International Airport, FM Deuba said that those who are criticizing the BRI, are exhibiting a childish manner.
She claimed no decision has been made to take loans under the BRI Framework.
Rana claimed that BRI is a development assistant agreement and Nepal has joined China initiated Global Development Initiative.
