Kathmandu, November 8: The Chhath festival being observed in the Tarai districts and Kathmandu Valley is being concluded this morning after offering “argha” to the rising sun.
Devotees gathered around the river banks and ponds since Thursday evening offered “argha” to the setting sun and the offering final “argha” to the rising sun this morning.
The festival concludes after offering “argha” to the rising sun this morning.
