Kathmandu, November 3: The colorful festival Tihar concludes today after performing Bhaitika. All sisters worship brothers.

The Calendar Determination Development Committee has stated that 11.37 is the auspicious time for tika, however, the tika festival can be observed the entire day.

After the Bhaitika, the Tihar festival will conclude. Nevertheless, the government has announced a holiday until tomorrow, November 4. The government offices will resume from Tuesday only.
