Kathmandu, September 20: Prime Minister K.P Sharma Oli has left for New York to attend the UNGA today. During his absence, Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh is assigned to look after the PM’s portfolio.
President Ramchandra Paudel assigned Singh, a second senior minister in the cabinet, to look after the PM’s portfolio during the PM’s absence.
