Kathmandu, September 15: Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba is going to Canada to attend the meeting of women foreign ministers in Toronto. She is scheduled to address the meeting on September 19. Then, she will leave for New York to attend the 78th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and the Summit of the Future organized by the UN.
