Kathmandu, September 12: Major General Kamal Bikram Shah has been assigned the responsibility of the Kathmandu Tarai Expressway (Fast Track) Way. With the retirement of Lieutenant  General Bikas Pokharel, who was also the previous project chief, Shah was responsible for this important project. Major General Shah has worked on this project before. Shah worked as the head of Fast Track from 2079 to 2080 BS. He handed over the responsibility to Pokharel in 2080 BS and after 8 months he took over the responsibility again. Shah is the head of the Engineering Department in the Nepal Army.
