Kathmandu, September 6: Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli is visiting New York to attend the 79th United Nations General Assembly.

PM Oli is scheduled to address the UNGA on September 26.

Oli is also scheduled to hold sideline meetings with leaders from different countries.

The PM is expecting to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his stay in New York but whether Modi is attending the UNGA or not, it has not been confirmed, according to a source.

A 19-member Nepali delegation led by Oli is scheduled to visit New York, reports state.
