Kathmandu, September 5: President of the Nepali Congress and former prime minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that there is no difference between NC and UML regarding the multiparty democracy and republican system. President Deuba said this while addressing a program organized on the occasion of the foundation day of the Nepal Civil Servants’ Union in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

Deuba said that since there are no differences between Congress and UML, there will be full support for the defense of democracy and the republic. He said that the situation in the country is challenging and it will have an impact on the employees. He said that it is necessary to understand the challenges and work.

Deuba mentioned that UML and Congress are the main rival political parties and said that although there are problems in some places, it is their duty to solve the problems. He instructed the employees to implement the decisions made by the government without worrying about it. He said that the system of the federal democratic republic should be made more permanent.
