The RPP which for some time now has been in the close embrace of the Nepali Congress in their common bid to unseat the UML government, has apparently developed some serious internal problems prior to  August 28 when the Supreme Court is to pronounce on the writ petitions seeking a reinstatement of the dissolved House of Representatives.
