Kathmandu, September 1: Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba has declined the advice of its secretary general Bishwa Prakash Sharma. Sharma had asked Deuba not to become the prime minister again urging him to allow other leaders to become the PM. At the party’s central working committee meeting today, Sharma suggested allowing other party leaders to become the PM.
