Kathmandu, August 30: President Ramchandra Paudel has certified the Inquiry, Truth Finding and Reconciliation (TRC) Bill of Disappeared Persons. Paudel certified the bill passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament on Thursday. With this, the way to appoint officials in both commissions is now open.
