
Kathmandu, August 23: Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli, responding to the questions from the Parliament Members (MPs) on Thursday afternoon, said that the constitution should be amended based on the experiences gained from its implementation and in line with the aspirations of the people and the needs of the nation.
He, however, said that the amendment would be done with the consent of all political parties.
PM Oli further clarified that the government is not going to exempt industrialists from paying dues to the NEA against the use of electricity.
Oli also claimed that positive signs started to improve the economy shortly after the formation of the present coalition government.
Oli also claimed that the government will maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption.
