Kathmandu, August 23: The Parliamentary Inquiry Special Committee investigating the embezzlement of cooperative funds, will grill Rabi Lamichhane, chair of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), today.
Lamichhane is under investigation for embezzlement involving funds from the Suryadarshan Cooperative in Pokhara, Supreme Cooperative in Butwal, and Sahara Cooperative in Chitwan.
Lamichhane was the managing director of the Gorkha Media, in which, almost billions of rupees were diverted from the said cooperatives.
