Kathmandu, August 23: Mukul Dhakal, who was suspended by the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) from the post of the party general secretary, blamed party chair Rabi Lamichhane as a national fraud. Dhakal blamed Lamichhane is involved in corruption and criminal activities, including the misuse of his passport. The RSP has suspended Dhakal not only from the post of general secretary but also from the general member of the party.
