Kathmandu, August 2: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed three state ministers following the government recommendation today.
Among the three cabinet ministers, two are from the Nepali Congress and one is from the Nagarik Unmukti Party.
NC MPs Purna Bahadur Tamang and Rupa Bika and MP from Nagarik Unmukti Party, Arun Kumar Chaudhary, were appointed as state ministers. Tamang is appointed State Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Bika is the State Minister for Forest and Environment and Chaudhary is the State Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.
