Kathmandu, July 25: Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal, who is on a visit to China, met with the Vice Governor of Yunnan Province, China, Wang Hao. She is in Kunming to participate in the fifth China-South Asia Cooperation Forum. On the sideline of the event, Lamsal met with the Vice Governor Wang today. According to the Foreign Ministry, during the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest including cooperation in the fields of trade, tourism, people-to-people relations and connectivity.
Addressing the Forum on Wednesday, Foreign Secretary Lamsal said that the Nepal government attaches importance to development cooperation under the ‘Himalaya Transboundary Multi-Dimensional Contact Network.’
