Kathmandu, July 18: Chinese Ambassador Chen Song called on Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh at the Ministry in Singhadurwar today and congratulated Singh expressing best wishes for his successful tenure.
During the meeting with the Minister, Ambassador Song discussed the ongoing cooperation between the two countries for the development of urban areas and said that China is ready for further cooperation.
Similarly, Ambassador Song said that what Nepal will do is to connect smart cities with technology, traffic lights, road safety and other areas.
Likewise, Mani Ram Gelal, Secretary of the Ministry of Urban Development informed that the Ambassador said that China can help in building 10 cities in the Himalayan region bordering China.
