BABBLES

By Babbler Along with the change of coalition partners in the center, it has jolted all seven provincial governments. The very dirty games are on in the provinces as if the provincial structure has been introduced just for changing chief ministers and ministers. The provincial governments have turned into ministers and chief ministers producing factories. An oddity we saw was that Deepak Manange, a don in society, has become an obvious character to become the minister in every newly formed cabinet in the Gandaki Provincial government. These activities have proved that there is no significance of the provincial structure in Nepal, a tiny country. Agitators disguised in religious appearance A video of the security forces beating a Buddhist monk has gone viral on social media. Most of the “intellectuals” have blamed the police for violating security norms and demonstrating inhumanity while taking control of the situation. The fact is that the monk was taking part in the demonstration organized by those activists who had launched an agitation for their ethnic identity. The group is led by India-friendly leader Rajendra Mahato. Since Mahato had been discarded by his won Tarai community, he travelled to Delhi and after returning from there, he became active in the politics of identity. There could be one reason behind this politics. As the identity issue has been introduced by the EU and its allies, Delhi wanted to take control of this agenda. Both, the West and the South are competing in Nepal to take control the Nepali politics and poke China from here. Moreover, the monk, who seems to be the Dalai Lama clique, took part in agitation and stone-pelting action against the security personnel just recently. If he is a Tibetan refugee, he should be punished for being involved in a violent act. Not surprisingly, Mahato-like characters are responsible for staging conflict between the Hindus and Muslims in the Tarai districts, otherwise, we never saw such an Indian-style Hindu-Muslim conflict in Nepal in the past. A big satire Mahabir Pun, a Nepali researcher, teacher, and social entrepreneur, has established the National Invention Center in Kathmandu and decided to revive the already closed Agricultural Equipment Center, with the plan of providing job opportunities to maximum youths in agriculture, didn’t get support from the government that it had agreed during signing the agreement. Now, Pun is visiting different parts of the country and selling his auto-biography to the locals to raise funds for the operation of the factory producing agricultural equipment. What priority the government has given to the basic industries, becomes clear from Pun’s campaign. Also, it is a great satire for the government. QUOTES OF THE WEEK Our practice of a decade and a half proved that this system does not work. And the more we follow this system, the more damage the country will suffer. Rajendra Lingden Decisions of a serious nature that harm Nepal's sovereignty have been made by Prachanda, Baburam and Khadga Prasad since long ago. At this time, the alleged politics started in the name of caste, religion and region making Nepali sovereignty dilapidated day by day. Dev Prakash Tripathi All state mechanisms and bureaucracy have been paralyzed. Even though, there is a high attractiveness in government jobs. It is because this is a 'license' to commit corruption. Uddhav Raj Bhetuwal Even if the political character changes, our foreign policy cannot be changed. Madhuraman Acharya Deepak Manage is the school and style of Nepali democracy. He became the minister in the Gandaki Province for the fifth time. Anil Giri Let’s wake up to end the present corrupt rulers and corrupt system. Kumar Gajurel Scientist Mahabir has been struggling on the streets to sell books. Of course, I have realized that there is a financial problem with some work. Can't the government talk about what should be done to help him? Chandra Bhandari I have been saying for a long time that all the leaders of Nepal quietly visit Lainchour to get scholarships for their sons/daughters and relatives distributed by the Indian Embassy and stand under the tree and greet saying, "Ji Babuji Pranam" to the peons of the embassy. Gajendra Budhathoki A person who, instead of admitting his shortcomings and mistakes, instead of correcting himself, advocates for himself and his own crimes, repeats his mistakes over and over again. The leadership of such people is even more dangerous for the country and the people. Devendra Bartaula Please show me a leader who didn’t betray the country and the people. The parties and all the leaders in the country are foreign farmers. They survived by eating foreign milk. They are all traitors. Murder and corruption are their religion. Purushottam Dhungel In Nepal, there is no fundamental difference in the political leadership and bureaucratic system that destroys individuals, society and the country, such as lawlessness, injustice, tyranny, misrule and corruption. Om Kumar Thapa The government is run by traitors. Dr Rajesh Ahiraj The king is not a pawn of any particular party, he is the center of faith of all self-respecting nationalist people. The unbroken nation of Nepal was built through the tireless efforts of the king and the people. Bipin Malik Most of the young students in the best grade group who have passed class 12 go abroad for their graduation course. After getting admission to good medicine/engineering campuses and studying in Nepal, they go abroad after passing. The future of the nation is at risk if the talented youth cannot be sustained in the country!
