Senior political leaders from different political parties have felt that the present system is not functional. A particular party cannot bag the majority under the present system. Therefore, a coalition government is obvious. In a coalition government, small parties are making big claims, and big parties are compelled to respond to the demands of small allies. The prime minister is unable to think about other work except saving the coalition government led by him. Even after giving prime concern to saving the government, overnight, the government can be toppled. Along with a change in the federal government, it impacts the provincial governments. In this regard, changing the government and making ministers have become the prime job of the prime minister and chief ministers. The provincial structure has become the venue for producing ministers.
Therefore, abandoning the present system is obvious to stop the country from becoming bankrupt and finally rescuing the nation.
Nepal turning into a refugee center
Reports state that just recently, 800 Rohingya refugees entered Nepal without any restriction. Already, Rohingya refugees are being sheltered illegally. They have been trafficked into Nepal by some brokers and agents, taking advantage of the open borders.
Earlier, we saw the arrival of the Afghan refugees trafficked to Nepal via India. Reports state that there are refugees from other countries as well. Most refugees choose to come to Nepal, as there is an open international border between Nepal and India. Mostly, those Rohingya refugees take shelter in villages. Have we ever thought about the long-term impact of an increasing number of refugees?
Irresponsible Tribhuvan University
The Tribhuvan University Examination Board has lost the examination paper of one examination center and it has asked the students to prepare for reexamination. It is an example of the irresponsible attitude of the board. The TU is unable to follow the education calendar, therefore, there will be no results on time, and the education calendar is going to be extended for years. What if the two-year course is completed in five years, and also the delayed result?
A commendable job
The Koshi Province has decided to use products made in Nepal only. This is a good decision. If all the government agencies take such a decision, it will certainly help promote Nepali products. Let other government agencies follow the idea introduced by the Koshi Provincial Government.
QUOTES OF THE WEEK
In a country with 30 million people, there is a situation where more than 36,000 politicians, including ward members, president, vice president, former presidents, former vice presidents, etc., are being paid salaries and allowances by taking loans from abroad. In such a situation, how does the country run?

India's Uttar Pradesh State has a population of 240 million. Lok Sabha (House of Representatives) has 80 constituencies. Why do you want 275 MPs in a country with no industry and no population of 30 million?

Baburam and Pushpa Kamal are the deadliest elements used in anti-national missions. They cannot go beyond the foreign agenda.

Firstly, we should not allow a situation like Sikkim, secondly, we should not allow a situation like Iran; and thirdly, we should not allow a situation like Afghanistan.

If the work does not progress, it will not take long for another upheaval.

The so-called 10-year-long people's war was not less painful for the common people. In the name of Maoism, they did not forgive new mothers or those performing the last rites of their deceased ones. Dissenters were killed on the charge of spying. Those who could manage food for the family became feudal lords, and they were slaughtered brutally.

We need to expand our imaginations about heritage. Mustang is one of the best-preserved sites to understand the dawn of human settlement in the Himalayas. But it's in trouble.

Every day 2,000 youths go abroad; people have no hope and trust in the system; now the constitution has to be changed. We need the Narayanhitty Palace, not Delhi, Washington, and Beijing Palaces.
