Loot-tantra, not loktantra exists in the country
Kathmandu, March 31: Former Maoist leader and current chair of the Aam Janata Party, Prabhu Shah, has alleged that the party, which he had led in the past, is involved in rampant looting. The nation has already become empty, thus, it is facing a crisis.
Shah claimed that his party is capable of rescuing the country from the ongoing crisis.
Speaking at a function organized in Kathmandu, Shah remarked, “people’s movement got success, yet, people are being ruled by a group. Those sycophants of the leaders are involved in rampant loot”.
Is there loktantra (democracy), Shah questioned.
“People are unable to claim ownership of the political change,” Shah remarked.
“The MPs have become hostages of the party as they are compelled to obey the party leadership’s whip”, he said.
Meanwhile, the party has decided to organize a people’s demonstration on April 6 for identity and rights.
