Kathmandu, March 22: The Socialist Front, comprised of four political parties – the Maoist Center, the Janata Samajwadi Party, the Unified Socialist Party, and the Communist Party of Nepal, is making efforts to bring UML into the Front. Following the domination of the left parties in the new coalition government, the leaders in the Front have wished to bring UML also. Netrabikram Chand, general secretary of the Nepal Communist Party and present coordinator of the Front, reached Balkot to meet K.P. Sharma Oli on Thursday evening. Meanwhile, the Front has assigned Prime Minister and Maoist Center chairman Pushpakamal Dahal to talk to Oli regarding UML joining the Front. People’s News Monitoring Service.
