Kathmandu, March 21: Speaker Devraj Ghimire led a 10-member parliamentary delegation left for Switzerland today to attend the 148th General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Organisation. The general assembly is taking place from March 23 to March 27. The House meeting has been stalled for ten days as the Speaker led delegation left for Switzerland.
